What are your fees?

Our fee arrangements are dependent upon the type of legal issue presented to us. Depending on the issue, we work either on a contingency fee or for an hourly fee.

How long will the process take?

The length of time it will take to resolve your legal issue will be highly dependent upon the type of legal issue you have. For some probate work (such as the drafting of a Will), the process could be fully resolved within a couple of weeks. However, if your legal issue involves litigation, the entire process will likely take longer.

What damages am I entitled to?

It is impossible to determine the exact damages you are entitled to without an initial consultation. However, we strive to obtain the full amount of damages for our clients. Examples of such damages include lost wages, attorneys fees, lost profits, medical bills, compensation for pain and suffering, recovery of assets wrongfully concealed, etc.

Who will actually work on my legal issue?

One of the benefits of working with one of our attorneys is that the attorney you hire is the attorney who will oversee and work on your case throughout the entire process. Although it is not unusual for one or more of our attorneys to work on a client's legal issue or case together, you can be assured you will have personal contact with your attorney and will not be "shoveled off" to someone else.

How long do I have to pursue my claim?

Under Ohio and Federal law, a person has strict time limits by which he/she must pursue a claim by filing a lawsuit. If a lawsuit is not filed within the prescribed time, the person will be forever barred from seeking compensation. The time limits (known as statute of limitations) vary depending on the type of claim. We can help determine which statute of limitations apply and ensure your claim is filed in a timely manner so you do not lose your right for compensation.
