Employment Litigation

Employment litigation involves those situations in which an employee suffered unfair treatment in connection with his/her job. Often this means the employee has been terminated wrongfully or is in breach of an employment contract. Sometimes, the employee hasn't been officially terminated, but has suffered from discrimination or harassment on the job. Our attorneys have considerable experience pursuing wrongful termination claims and helping protect the rights of employees. If you are experiencing unfair treatment or have been wrongfully terminated, we may be able to help.

Discrimination

This involves discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, military status, national origin, disability, age, or ancestry in the employment setting. If you have been discriminated against in regard to hiring, the conditions of your employment, or were terminated for a discriminatory reason, we can help.

Whistleblower

If you have been terminated from your job for reporting what you believed to be a criminal offense or act by your employer which posed an imminent risk of physical harm to others or was a hazard to the public health or safety, we may be able to obtain reinstatement and compensation for you.

Workers Compensation Retaliation

If you suffered an injury on the job and were fired after filing for workers compensation, we may be able to pursue a workers compensation retaliation claim on your behalf and obtain compensation for you.

Harassment

We can assist if you have suffered significant harassment by a manager, supervisor, or others while on the job.
