As an attorney, Braden A. Blumenstiel approaches each case with thorough preparation and hard work. He strives to provide excellent service, both in and out of the courtroom.
Since graduating from The Mortiz College of Law at The Ohio State University in 2004, Braden has focused his practice exclusively on litigation. Consequently, he has amassed considerable experience representing clients throughout their entire lawsuit. Whether it is during the discovery phase, in settlement negotiations or mediation, or at trial, Braden's experience helps him obtain the best results possible for his clients. His cases have ranged in size from a single client to multi-district litigation involving hundreds of claimants and attorneys. Braden is licensed to practice in the Federal Northern and Southern District Courts and all State Courts in Ohio. He has handled cases in dozens of counties throughout Ohio, as well as the states of Minnesota, South Carolina, Kentucky and Tennessee. Braden believes hard work and preparation are the keys to success on a case. If something comes up in one of his cases, his thorough preparation helps ensure he is prepared to handle the issue on the spot. He enjoys close professional relationships with his clients, who come to know that he cares about them and their case.
When he is not practicing law, you will find Braden working out at a local fitness club, sharing dinner with his wife and daughter, or doing yard work.
